Appointment Cancellations

We understand plans change. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in a fee or forfeiture of deposit.

Refunds

Deposits are refundable if you cancel with at least 24 hours notice. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. If we cancel your appointment (e.g., weather, emergencies), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Membership Cancellations

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

Gift Cards

Gift card purchases are generally non-refundable. Unused balances remain on the card and may be used for future services.
